As Democrats, we may have different opinions as to what is the best healthcare delivery system. There are two things that we can agree on. First we need affordable universal healthcare and second, the outrageous claims by the opposition as viewed at town hall meetings and throughout the media must be counteracted. While many have sincere concerns about the legislation winding its way through congress, the shrill, hysterical rantings of political operatives is proof of the desperation of those with a vested interest in the status quo.
