Just as Mountaintop Removal Coal Mining in Appalachia and elsewhere is both devastating the land, water and community and has become one of the central struggles in the fight against climate change, natural gas drilling is a central issue in our backyard. I was excited to find our about this coming forum and think we should all make every effort to attend. The more we know, the better prepared we can be to have an impact on the future of our water and our land.
Maybe we can develop some smaller discussion groups out of this larger forum.
