There's been a number of concerns regarding the survey in regard to its simplicity and phrasing, leaving many questioning the accuracy of its outcome. I'm sure its authors intent was sincere though I would suggest a revised survey be created to replace the current one.
Thanks for using Zoomerang for your survey. The previous comment is important feedback. Be sure you pre-test your survey with a few members of your target audience and/or co-workers to find glitches and unexpected question interpretations in order to make your survey experience as successful as it can be.
