County Ethics Law Hearings Schedule

The Ulster County Ethics Committee has developed an amended Ethics Law that is being presented to the full legislature.These proposed changes go a long way to insure the open, transparent government we all expect. Please note the following important dates:
August 6 - Information Session
Time: following two public hearings which start at 6 p.m.
August 13 - Legislature votes to set a date for public hearing
September 3 - Public Hearing at 6 p.m.
September 10 - Legislature vote on ethics law
Public comment period at 7 p.m.
